The Club will provide golfers the opportunity to join a superior private golfing facility with membership options designed to offer greater flexibility to suit each member’s lifestyle.

Centurion Club will operate as a private club, strictly for the use of its members and their invited guests. Different membership options are available to accommodate each member’s utilisation, whether for business use or for the whole family. A range of facilities and services will be offered throughout The Club, making this the ideal place to relax with family and friends or host that all important business meeting.

SENATE MEMBERSHIP

Senate Membership is available by purchasing a share in Centurion Golf PLC, which is by invitation only. A limited number are available and all details are contained within our prospectus which is subject to its own terms and conditions.

CENTURION MEMBERSHIP

A Membership Certificate must be purchased in order to nominate a Centurion Member, and a maximum of 480 Membership Certificates will be made available, unless further golfing facilities are added. Each Certificate Holder will be entitled to nominate a Centurion Member, their spouse and any children under the age of 21 subject to payment of Annual Fees at the prevailing rates plus any applicable VAT. Centurion Members and their nominated family members will be entitled to use the facilities of the Club Building and Course 7 days per week. A Centurion Member may host up to 1 accompanied guest at the weekend and 3 accompanied guests midweek, subject to payment of prevailing green fee rates and availability.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP

Business Membership is available to the professional or business individual only and is designed for occasional use. Membership is renewable annually and should the individual resign for any reason, reinstatement of membership shall not be allowed for a minimum of three years, subject to another joining fee and the approval of the board of directors. Similar to Corporate Membership, the Annual Fee is then credited to the individual’s card and for each round of golf; either for themselves or their guests, the fee per round is then debited to their card. The Annual Fee is the minimum spend per annum, but in the event that all credit is used prior to the year’s end then further denominations (top up) may be credited. A Business Member is entitled to bring up to three guests, midweek only, but the same guest may only visit on two occasions. All guests must be accompanied by the member and tee time restrictions may apply. Buggies may also be debited to the membership card. Business Members are not entitled to host a company golf day, nor are they entitled to play in club competitions. Memberships will only be made available subject to approval from the Board of Directors on payment of a Joining Fee and Annual Fees.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

Corporate Membership is available to corporate bodies only and is designed to be flexible and accommodate the needs of each company. Membership provides a limited number of rounds midweek only but may be increased if required and subject to prevailing rates. Memberships will only be made available subject to approval from the Board of Directors on payment of a Joining Fee and Annual Fees at the prevailing rate.

International Membership

A maximum of 480 International Memberships will be made available to those who reside outside of the United Kingdom and who are members of another notable overseas club. Rounds of golf will be limited to 12 rounds per annum for either members or their guests and reviewed on an annual basis. International Members may bring up to three guests midweek and one guest at the weekend, subject to availability and tee time restrictions may apply. International Members are entitled to play in club competitions. Proof of non-residence status and golf club membership will be required.
